Hera’s brand new TwinStick-LED is the latest linear LED lighting solution. With an extremely high light output, similar to T5 fluorscent light fixtures, these compact strips are ideal for commercial applications such as store fixtures or displays. Low energy consumption and virtually no maintenance (life time 30,000 hours) are additional benefits. TwinStick-LEDs feature an integrated connecting system. Hera’s new LinkStrip-LED is the ideal lighting solution for showcases, displays or under cabinets. It uses the latest generation 1 W high output diodes. The integrated connecting system makes it simple to create continues lines of LED lighting. The 12” long LED strips can be connected either directly, or, using the optional connecting cables, spaced apart. Up to three LinkStrip-LEDs can be connected to one power supply.

Christian Bollrath in Opel factory race team

Christian Bollrath, President of Hera Lighting, started a second career. Aside from selling lighting systems he qualified for the Opel (German brand of General Motors) professional factory race team.

Christian has been racing on an amateur level in the USA for the last 10 years. In the world’s first race driver casting, "OPC Race Camp", which started with around 18,500 candidates, he qualified for the team of 10 drivers who will race in the 2008 24-hour race at the world famous Nuerburgring. The 10 drivers will compete in one of the most prestigious races in front of about 250,000 spectators in May 2008.
